Overview

The Juniper QFX5120 48-Port 25G SFP28 and 8-Port 100G QSFP28 MACsec Switch, Front-to-Back Airflow, part number QFX5120-48YM-AFO, is a leaf switch for 25G server racks that need link encryption on the uplinks.

The 48 downlink ports are SFP28 and run at 1G, 10G or 25G. Eight QSFP28 uplinks run at 40G or 100G and are listed with MACsec. That makes 56 ports in total, with 100GbE as the maximum speed and 4000 Gbps of switching capacity. Two 850W AC power supplies are included, and Virtual Chassis is listed.
