Overview

Two HA controllers and 24 internal drive slots share one 2U chassis in the NetApp FAS2750. It runs ONTAP, with ONTAP 9.4RC1 as the minimum release, and serves block and file data from one system.

Protocol support covers FC, FCoE, iSCSI and NVMe/TCP for block; NFS v3, v4.0 and v4.1 and SMB 2.x and 3.x for file; and S3 for object. Onboard ports per HA pair are 12 x 10GbE, 8 x 16Gb FC and 4 x 12Gb SAS, with 2 PCIe slots for more.

Each controller has a 64-bit 12-core 1.5GHz processor. The system has 64GB of memory and 8GB of NVRAM, supports up to 144 drives and up to 2.68 PB of raw capacity. Chassis weight is 27.6 kg.
