Overview
High-throughput SRX5000 deployments use the SRX5K-IOC4-MRAT to bring 100GbE and dense 40GbE into the firewall. This I/O card carries 12 QSFP+ ports. Each runs at 40GbE or breaks out to 4 x 10GbE, and 4 of the 12 support 100GbE QSFP28. The card's throughput is 480 Gbps.
It installs in the SRX5400, SRX5600 and SRX5800. The ports are fixed on the card; there are no MIC slots. The chassis needs high-capacity power supplies and fan trays, and the card requires Junos OS 19.3R1 or later.
