Overview
The Juniper EX-UM-2XFP adds two 10GbE uplinks to an EX3200 or EX4200 switch. Both ports take XFP optics, and the module is hot-pluggable. Optics are not included. Order XFP transceivers to suit your link type and distance, and let us know if you want them in the same request. Typical use is connecting an access switch up to a distribution or core layer at 10GbE, or adding 10GbE links to a switch that shipped without uplinks. Two ports also let you run a pair of links to separate upstream switches, so one failed link does not cut the switch off. The module comes in all three conditions. New and Refurbished units include 1 year or 3 years of warranty. Used units include 90 days. Send the quantity and switch model, and we will reply with pricing and lead time.
