Overview
The MX-MPC3E-3D is a line card that carries interfaces into a Juniper MX router. It has 2 MIC slots, and the speeds available depend on the MICs you fit: 100GbE, 40GbE or 10GbE.
Supported chassis are the MX240, MX480, MX960, MX2010 and MX2020. There are two requirements to plan for. The chassis needs SCBE (Enhanced MX SCB) boards and high-capacity fan trays. The software minimum is Junos OS 12.1 on the MX240/480/960 and 12.3 on the MX2010/2020.
