The Juniper EX-UM-2QSFP-MR is the high-speed uplink option for the EX4300-48MP. It provides two ports that can be 40GbE QSFP+ or 100GbE QSFP28, and 100GbE is the top speed. The choice gives a migration path: start with 40GbE optics and move to 100GbE when the network is ready.
It is listed for the EX4300-48MP alone. The plain EX4300 uplink modules do not apply to that switch, so use this MR version.
