When the system board in a ProLiant DL360 Gen10 fails, the server cannot run until it is replaced. HPE 875552-001 is the spare system I/O board for that server, listed in the DL360 Gen10 spares bill of materials.
The board supports Intel Xeon Scalable processors of the Skylake generation. If your DL360 Gen10 runs those CPUs, they move across to the replacement board along with the memory.
The spare is supplied with a base pan assembly, an alcohol pad and a syringe of thermal grease. The pad cleans the old compound off the processors, and the grease is applied fresh before the heatsinks go back on.
This part is for service teams and admins repairing a DL360 Gen10 rather than building a new server.
