Do switches include licenses?

Software licenses and support contracts depend on the model and seller. Your quote states which license tier is included, if any.

Do you supply transceivers and stacking cables?

Yes. Add the transceivers, cables and power supplies you need to the same RFQ, or list them in your message.

How do I choose the airflow direction?

Check which side of the switch faces the cold aisle. Port-side intake and port-side exhaust models use different fan and power supply part numbers, and every fan and supply in one switch must match. Tell us your rack layout if you are unsure.

Can a refurbished switch join my existing stack?

Usually, if it is the same model family and runs a compatible software version. Send the models and software version of your current stack in your RFQ, and add the stacking cables you need.
