For the highest per-port speed on a Catalyst 9200, the Cisco C9200-NM-2Q adds two 40G ports. Maximum port speed is 40GbE, which suits switches whose uplinks carry the combined traffic of many access ports.
It is restricted to the C9200-24PXG and C9200-48PXG. It will not install in other 9200 models, so confirm the switch before you commit.
