Overview
This Micron RDIMM adds 64GB of DDR4 to a server in a single slot. It runs at 3200 MT/s on 1.2V, uses a dual-rank x4 (2Rx4) layout and has the standard 288-pin DDR4 edge connector. ECC is built in, so single-bit errors are corrected on the fly, which is what you want under virtualization, databases and other long-running server work.
Because it is a registered DIMM, it belongs in boards that take DDR4 RDIMMs. Do not mix it with LRDIMMs or unbuffered memory in the same system.
