The Juniper 100GBASE-SR4 QSFP28 Transceiver Module, part number JNP-QSFP-100G-SR4, is a parallel multimode module for 100GbE. It uses an MPO-12 connector and has a rated reach of 100 m, in the QSFP28 form factor.
Parallel multimode is the lowest-cost way to move servers and switches to 100GbE in a single hall. The 100 m rating covers most in-row and between-row links, but longer runs need a different module. Check the fiber grade installed on each run.
The MPO-12 connector requires parallel multimode cabling. Patch panels, trunks and cords all have to be MPO-based with the right polarity for the link, and mixing in duplex LC will not work.
