Overview

The Juniper EX4400 48-Port PoE++ Modular-Uplink Switch, part number EX4400-48P, is a dense powered access switch for floors with many high-power devices.

The 48 downlink ports run at 10/100/1000 with PoE++, delivering up to 90 W per port. The PoE budget is 2200 W, a figure tied to the use of two power supplies, and the default supply is 1600W AC. Uplinks come from an optional module with SFP+, SFP28 or 100GbE options. Two 100GbE Virtual Chassis ports link switches at 400 Gbps. The maximum port speed is 100GbE.
