Overview

The Juniper EX4100 48-Port Multigigabit PoE++ Switch with 4 x 10G SFP+ Uplinks, part number EX4100-48MP, is a high-density powered access switch with a mix of speeds. It is aimed at floors with many access points and other power-hungry devices, where some ports need more than 1G.

The downlinks are 16 ports at 1G or 2.5G and 32 ports at 1G, all with PoE++ at 90 W. Four SFP+ uplinks run at 1G or 10G and support MACsec, for 52 ports in total, with 10GbE as the maximum port speed. The power supply is listed as 920W AC AFO. Virtual Chassis supports up to 10 members.

The switch works at Layer 3 and takes 1 RU. Ask us for the PoE budget in watts before you plan to power every port.

The EX4100-48MP is available new or refurbished with 1 year or 3 years of warranty, and used with 90 days. Include your uplink optics in the RFQ.
