Overview

The Juniper EX2300-C 12-Port Gigabit PoE+ Compact Fanless Switch with 2 x 10G SFP+ Uplinks, part number EX2300-C-12P, is a small powered switch. It suits a branch office or small room where a few phones, access points or cameras need Ethernet and power from one fanless box.

The 12 downlink ports are 10/100/1000BASE-T with PoE/PoE+, and the PoE budget is 124 W for all ports combined. Two 10G SFP+ uplinks bring the total to 14 ports, and 10GbE is the maximum port speed. Add up the draw of your powered devices against 124 W before you rely on all 12 ports at once.

The switch works at Layer 3 and supports Virtual Chassis with up to 4 members.
