Overview

The Juniper EX2300 24-Port Gigabit Switch with 4 x 10G SFP+ Uplinks, part number EX2300-24T, is an entry access switch for offices and small campuses that need gigabit ports with fast uplinks.

The 24 downlink ports are 10/100/1000BASE-T. Four SFP+ uplinks run at 10G, and the maximum port speed is 10GbE, for 28 ports in total. The switch has no PoE, so choose it where phones and access points are powered another way. It works at Layer 3, and Virtual Chassis allows up to 4 members to be managed as one unit.

The SFP+ uplinks need optics or direct-attach cables, which are separate parts.
