Overview

The Juniper EX2300 24-Port PoE+ Switch with 4 x 10G SFP+ Uplinks (MP Model), part number EX2300-24MP, is a powered access switch for closets with phones, wireless access points and similar devices.

The 24 downlink ports are Gigabit Ethernet with PoE/PoE+, backed by a 380 W PoE budget for the whole unit. That budget is the number to check against your devices. Four 10G SFP+ uplinks complete the 28 ports, and 10GbE is the maximum port speed.

The switch works at Layer 3 and supports Virtual Chassis with up to 4 members. Uplink optics and cables are separate parts.
