Forty-eight RJ45 ports that negotiate 10M, 100M, 1G or 2.5G make the Dell PowerSwitch N2248X-ON (MPN N2248X-ON) a dense access switch for networks moving past plain gigabit. Four 25G SFP28 ports carry traffic upstream, so the total is 52 ports with a top speed of 25GbE.

This is the version without power over Ethernet. One 550W AC supply is included. The switch runs Layer 3 and takes 1 rack unit. Rear stacking uses 2 x 40G QSFP+ ports and supports up to 12 switches.
