The H755N is the NVMe-only version of the PERC H755 family. It is a front-mount controller with 8GB of NV cache that manages NVMe Gen3 and Gen4 drives and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. The Dell part number is 405-AAXN.

Its host interface is PCIe Gen4 and it uses 16 lanes (2 x8 internal). The limit is 8 drives per controller, which is lower than on the SAS and SATA variants, because each NVMe drive takes its own lanes.
