Dell PERC H755 Front 8GB Cache RAID Controller (3KDWX)

Dell 3KDWX is the PERC H755 Front RAID controller. The "Front" in the name refers to where it mounts: at the front of the server, near the drive bays, rather than in a rear PCIe slot.

The controller carries 8GB of cache. A large cache helps write-heavy workloads such as databases and virtual machine storage, where the controller can absorb bursts of writes before committing them to the drives.

Buyers order this part to replace a failed controller, or to standardize a group of servers on the same RAID controller so arrays and spares stay interchangeable. When replacing a controller, have your array configuration noted before the swap.

It is available New, Refurbished or Used. New and Refurbished controllers come with your choice of 1 year or 3 years of warranty. Used controllers are covered for 90 days. Send the server model and quantity, and we will confirm the part with pricing.
