Overview
Extended-reach parallel multimode at 100GbE is the target of the Arista 100GBASE-XSR4 QSFP Transceiver, part number QSFP-100G-XSR4. It has an MPO-12 connector and reaches 150 m on OM3 and 300 m on OM4, with a QSFP28 form factor.
The OM4 figure is twice the OM3 figure, so the fiber grade installed in your plant matters a great deal. Check each run, not only the average, since a single OM3 segment inside a mostly OM4 route limits the whole link.
