Reusing existing duplex multimode fiber is the appeal of the Arista QSFP-100G-SRBD. It is a 100GbE QSFP28 module with an LC connector. Two reaches apply: 70 m on OM3 and 100 m on OM4.
Those figures matter because plants with older OM3 cabling get a shorter limit than those with OM4. Check which grade you have before planning a link near the edge of the range.
As a BiDi module, it sends both directions over the same fiber pair, and both ends should be BiDi modules of the same type. The form factor is QSFP28, so the host needs QSFP28 cages.
