The Arista 100GBASE-LR4 QSFP Transceiver Module, part number QSFP-100G-LR4, is the long-reach 100GbE optic in the Arista range, rated for 10 km over single-mode fiber. It uses the QSFP28 form factor and carries one port.
LR4 designs are normally duplex, but confirm the connector with the manufacturer's data against your cabling before you rely on that.
