Five hundred meters over duplex single-mode is the rating of the Arista 100GBASE-DR QSFP Transceiver, part number QSFP-100G-DR. It runs at 100GbE, uses a duplex LC connector and has a QSFP28 form factor.
The duplex LC connector lets it use ordinary single-mode patch cords and trunks. Compared with parallel designs, you avoid specialized MPO cabling, and a plant that carried lower-speed single-mode links can often be reused.
