BiDi optics exist to save fiber, and the Arista QDD-400G-SRBD follows that idea at 400GbE. The title calls it 400GBASE-BIDI (SR4.2), a QSFP-DD module for OM4 multimode with a specified reach of 100 m.
If you are upgrading an existing multimode plant, a BiDi part can be the way to reach 400G without pulling new cabling, though you should confirm that the far end uses the same BiDi type. A different multimode standard at the other end would not be a match, even with the same cage and fiber.
