Do you sell configured servers or bare chassis?

Both. Many listings are configure-to-order (CTO) base models. Tell us the processors, memory, drives and controller you need in your request, and we price the complete configuration.

Can I order older server generations?

Yes. End-of-life models such as HPE ProLiant Gen8 and Gen9, Dell PowerEdge 12th and 13th generation and Cisco UCS M4 and M5 are listed alongside current models, usually refurbished or used.

Are servers tested before they ship?

Refurbished and used servers are function-tested before shipping. Your quote states the condition and warranty for each line.

Does a CTO server include rails, drives or an operating system?

A CTO base model usually ships without drives, extra memory or rails unless you add them. List every part you need in your RFQ and the quote shows each line. Operating system licenses are not included unless your quote lists them.

How long does a server take to arrive?

It depends on the condition and the configuration. Lead time for each line is confirmed in your quote, and transit times by region are on the shipping page.
