We list MegaRAID 9361, 9440, 9460, 9540, 9560, 9660 and 9670 controllers, HBA 9500 and eHBA 9600 host bus adapters, and Emulex HBAs. Broadcom-based adapters also appear under HPE, Dell and Lenovo part numbers.
Broadcom controllers are sold by series number with a suffix for ports: -8i means eight internal lanes, -16e sixteen external. The 9400 and 9500 series are 12G tri-mode, and the 9600 series is 24G. Ordering part numbers follow a 05-xxxxx-xx format.
