HPE 128GB 4Rx4 DDR5-4800 Registered 3DS SmartMemory Kit

Stacked chips make 128GB possible on the HPE P43334-B21. It is a 3DS registered DIMM with a 4Rx4 layout, ECC, a 4800 MT/s data rate and a CAS latency of 46, listed for the ProLiant DL380 Gen11.

3DS means three-dimensional stacking, a way to increase capacity per module without enlarging the chips themselves. The higher CAS latency compared with smaller modules is typical of dense stacked designs.

This module is for servers where memory capacity is the limiting resource: big virtualization hosts, in-memory databases and analytics. Four ranks per module means rank limits per channel matter, so follow the DL380 Gen11 population guide.

Use identical modules across the server, and avoid mixing 3DS modules with standard RDIMMs unless HPE's documentation allows it.

The kit is available in all three conditions. New and refurbished carry a choice of 1 year or 3 years of warranty, and used carries 90 days. Include the DL380 Gen11 count in your RFQ for P43334-B21.
