The CX 6300F family sits alongside the 6300M, and the JL666A is the 24-port PoE model. HPE Aruba Networking gives it 24 x 1GbE ports with Class 4 PoE and four SFP56 ports, 28 in total.

In practice it covers the same ground as a 24-port Gigabit PoE switch with fast uplinks: phones, cameras and access points at the edge, with SFP56 links toward the core. The PoE class is the number to compare against your equipment.
