The HPE Aruba Networking 2930M 40-Port 1GbE and 8-Port Smart Rate PoE+ 1-Slot Switch, MPN JL323A, is a 48-port model in the Aruba 2930M line with a top port speed of 10GbE. Its downlinks are 36 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4 combo ports that are either 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ or 100/1000 SFP, and 8 1/2.5/5/10GBASE-T Smart Rate PoE+ ports. It also has 1 expansion slot.

The Smart Rate ports connect devices at 1, 2.5, 5 or 10 Gbps, which suits multi-gigabit access points. The PoE+ capability on those ports and on the combo ports can power such devices from the switch. The expansion slot takes a module for uplinks or stacking.

The spare part number is JL323-61001. A replacement unit or an asset record that shows it points to the same switch.
