Overview

The HPE Aruba Networking 2930F 48-Port 1GbE PoE+ and 4-Port SFP Switch, MPN JL262A, is the 52-port gigabit PoE+ option with SFP uplinks in the Aruba 2930F line. All 48 10/100/1000 RJ45 ports support PoE+, and 4 SFP ports provide 1G uplinks. The maximum port speed is 1GbE.

A switch with this many PoE+ ports is aimed at closets full of powered endpoints, such as phones, access points and cameras. The SFP ports connect upward using 1G optics or cables. If you need 10G uplinks, a model with SFP+ ports is the better fit.
