The HPE Aruba Networking 3810M 4-Port Smart Rate PoE+ Module, MPN JL081A, is an expansion module for the Aruba 3810M line. It adds 4 Smart Rate ports with PoE+.

Smart Rate ports connect multi-gigabit devices over copper, such as newer wireless access points, and PoE+ lets the switch power those devices. The module is a way to add a few such ports to a 3810M switch without replacing it. It fits Aruba 3810M switches only, and it is a module rather than a standalone switch.
