The HPE Aruba Networking 2530 8-Port 10/100 PoE+ and 2-Port Dual-Personality Switch, MPN J9780A, is the smallest PoE+ model in the Aruba 2530 line. It has 8 10/100BASE-TX downlink ports with PoE+ and 2 dual-personality uplinks, each usable as an SFP port or a 10/100/1000BASE-T port.

With 8 powered 10/100 ports, it suits a small office or an edge location with a few phones or cameras to connect. The dual-personality uplinks let you choose copper or fiber for the link upstream. Because the downlinks are 10/100, it is not the pick for devices that need gigabit speed.
