Four copper Gigabit ports on one low-profile PCIe card: that is the Dell YGCV4. A Broadcom 5719 controller runs all four RJ45 ports at 1GbE, so it connects with standard copper patch cables.

The low-profile bracket lets it fit in slim 1U chassis and in the half-height slots of larger servers. Typical uses include separating management, backup and production traffic onto their own ports, or adding ports to a host that runs several virtual machines on one physical server.
