Dell part NC5VD is a two-port Ethernet adapter that runs 10GbE over standard RJ45 copper cabling. It is a PCIe card in the low-profile form, so it suits slim server chassis and riser slots that take half-height cards.

The controller is a Broadcom 57416. Because both ports use RJ45 connectors, you can cable it with copper patch leads instead of optics or direct-attach cables, which keeps the cost per link down in racks that already have 10GBASE-T switching.
