Dell G9XC9 gives a server four Gigabit copper ports from an OCP 3.0 slot. The card is based on the Broadcom 5720 controller, and all four RJ45 ports run at 1GbE.

OCP 3.0 is a mezzanine format, so this adapter installs in the server's OCP bay and keeps the PCIe slots open for RAID controllers, HBAs or faster network cards. Four 1GbE ports are a common choice for management networks, iSCSI paths at Gigabit speed, or splitting traffic types across separate links.

Connect it with ordinary copper patch cables; no optics are needed. Check that your server has an OCP 3.0 slot before ordering, because this card does not fit a PCIe slot.
