Overview
The Cisco Catalyst 9600 48-Port 50G/25G/10G/1G SFP Line Card, part number C9600-LC-48YL, adds 48 fiber ports to a Catalyst 9600 modular core chassis.
The ports accept SFP28 and SFP+ modules and run at 1G, 10G, 25G or 50G, with 50GbE as the maximum port speed. That range lets you connect older 10G and 1G devices on the same card as newer 25G and 50G links. Optics are bought separately for each port you use.
The card is a line card only. It needs a compatible 9600 chassis and supervisor to work, so check that your design uses matching parts before you order.
