Mixed-speed access is the point of the Cisco Catalyst 9300 C9300-48UXM-E: 36 ports at 2.5G Multigigabit and 12 ports at 10G Multigigabit, all RJ-45 with UPOE. Put your faster devices on the 10G ports and the rest on 2.5G, and the 48 ports share a 490 W PoE budget.
Switching capacity is 580 Gbps. Uplinks are modular via a C9300 network module, and the switch stacks with StackWise-480 at 480 Gbps. It occupies 1 rack unit, ships by default with an 1100W AC supply and runs the Network Essentials feature set.
