Our Dell EMC range is mainly Unity drives, SAS hard drives and SAS flash drives for 15-slot, 25-slot and 80-slot enclosures, plus drives for VNX. Dell PowerVault storage is listed under Dell.
EMC-era parts use 9-digit numeric part numbers, and many drives start with 005, such as 005052438. Unity drives are specific to the enclosure type, so a drive for a 25-slot enclosure does not fit a 15-slot enclosure. Drives run array firmware and need the carrier for that system.
When you buy Dell EMC parts, send the array model, the enclosure type and the part number on the existing drive. New, refurbished and used drives are available, each with its own warranty in your quote.
