Intel's P4510 powers the ThinkSystem 4XB7A10202, a 1TB NVMe drive in the U.2 form factor. It links over PCIe 3.0 x4, supports hot swap, and is rated Read Intensive. Lenovo lists it as feature code B58F. The compatibility list is SD530, SN550, SN850, SR850, SR860, SR950, SR650 and ST550. A 1TB NVMe drive is a sensible entry point for read-heavy caching, boot volumes with fast start-up needs, or small indexes. Because it is NVMe, the server needs U.2 bays and a suitable backplane.
