The largest Mixed Use drive in the CD8P series shown here, the Kioxia KCD81PUG6T40, stores 6.4TB. It has a 3 DWPD endurance rating, an NVMe interface and a PCIe 5.0 x4 link.

That pairing of capacity and endurance fits a database server or virtualization host that holds a lot of live data and rewrites it often. The 2.5-inch SFF body means it uses the same bays as other small form factor NVMe drives, so retrofitting an existing chassis is straightforward.
