Kingston NV3 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD

Kingston's NV3 SNV3S/4000G fits 4TB onto an M.2 2280 card just 2.3 mm thick and 7 g in weight. For a desktop or laptop with a free M.2 slot, that is a way to add a large drive without a bay or cable.

It runs NVMe over PCIe 4.0 x4. Sequential reads reach up to 6000 MB/s and sequential writes up to 5000 MB/s. The flash is 3D NAND, and endurance is rated at 1280 TBW, with MTBF of 2000000 hours.

The NV3 line is a client product. Kingston lists it for desktop and laptop use, not for servers.
