Overview
Twinax is the simplest way to wire up 10GbE over a short distance. The Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU1M is a passive twinax direct attach cable with SFP+ connectors, 1 m long and made of copper.
With no optics to buy and no fiber to clean, it is a staple of top-of-rack designs where the server sits within a meter or so of the switch. It is a single-port 10GbE cable.
The cable is available new and refurbished, each with a choice of 1 year or 3 years of warranty. A used version is not listed.
