Single-strand fiber is the reason BiDi optics exist, and the Cisco SFP-10G-BXD-I is one of the two modules needed for such a link. It is a 10GBASE-BX10-D SFP+ transceiver, marked Downstream in the title, with a 10 km reach over single-mode fiber.
The wavelengths are Tx 1330 nm and Rx 1270 nm. A BiDi link needs the opposite module at the far end, which here is the SFP-10G-BXU-I. Ordering only one of the pair leaves you with a link that cannot come up.
