The Cisco 10/25GBASE-LR SFP28 Dual-Rate Transceiver Module, part number SFP-10/25G-LR-S, gives single-mode links of 10 km at either 10GbE or 25GbE. It operates at 1310 nm and uses a duplex LC connector.
RS-FEC is required for 25G. That is a host-side setting, so check that your switch and the device at the far end are configured to apply it when running the link at the higher speed. At 10G, the note does not apply.
