Overview
The Cisco QSFP-H40G-CU1M is a 40GBASE-CR4 passive copper direct attach cable with QSFP+ connectors, 1 m long. It connects two 40GbE ports without any separate transceivers.
One meter is enough for neighboring devices in a rack, such as a pair of switches or a switch and a nearby server. It is a single-port copper cable.
Stock comes in three conditions: new, refurbished and used. New and refurbished cables have 1 year or 3 years of warranty, and used ones have 90 days. If you are building out a rack and need several cables of different lengths, put them on the same RFQ and we will price them together.
Because it is a direct attach cable, the connectors are fixed and there is nothing to configure or pair. Check that both ports on your equipment are 40GbE QSFP+ before ordering, and note the exact switch and server models in your request.
