Cisco 40G QSFP+ to 4 x 10G SFP+ Passive Copper Breakout Cable, 3 m

Plenty of servers still run 10GbE, and the Cisco QSFP-4SFP10G-CU3M lets a single 40G switch port serve four of them. One end is a QSFP+ connector; the other splits into four SFP+ connectors, over 3 m of passive copper.

It saves switch ports and avoids optics entirely. At 3 m, it can reach from the top of one rack into the next, so the servers do not have to sit in the same cabinet as the switch.
