Short in-rack and row-to-row links are the territory of the Cisco QSFP-400G-VR4. It is a 400GBASE-VR4 module in the QSFP112 form factor, using an MPO-12 connector over parallel multimode fiber with a rated reach of 50 m.

If your cabling plant is multimode and your 400GbE ports are QSFP112, this is the optic that matches the fiber you already have. At 50 m, it is meant for tight layouts rather than campus distances; for anything longer, you would need a single-mode optic instead.
