Many networks already have duplex multimode fiber installed, and the Cisco QSFP-40/100-SRBD makes use of it. This SR-BiDi transceiver runs at 100GbE in the QSFP28 form factor with an LC connector, with a rated reach of 100 m on OM4.

BiDi optics send both directions over one fiber strand, which is why the module works with a duplex LC pair rather than needing parallel MPO cabling. The title also lists 40G operation, so it can serve ports that run at either speed; confirm what your host supports.
