The Cisco Q-4SFP25G-CU2.5M adds a little extra reach to the copper splitter family: 2.5 m from the QSFP28 connector to each of the four SFP25G ends. It is passive copper, rated at 100GbE on the switch side.
When the servers are spread over several units of rack space, that extra half meter can be what keeps the fourth leg from pulling tight. Each leg still terminates in an SFP25G connector, so check that your endpoints are 25G before you order.
